DescriptionSub-Channel selection just keeps showing the spinning icon. Never shows channels
Works fine for Admin version
Steps To Reproduce1. Select primary channel
2. Sub-Channel selection doesn't show any channels - Only shows spinning icon

This was due to BBCode parser not being at the top of the new sub-channel selection.
Fixed in commit d768f7fad43

I have pushed the old system back to GamersArray. The new commit will be pushed upon doing a full build.
