Summary0000020: Permission Key Delete issue
DescriptionWhen you first generate a permission key you can't delete it, you have to refresh the page.

Upon refreshing the page the Delete button changes from the linked button (with the copy button) to a Delete button with a trash can icon, that's no longer linked.
Steps To Reproduce1. Select Channel
2. Edit Channel
3. Permissions > Permission Keys
4. Generate Key
5. Delete button looks correct, but doesn't delete (nothing happens)
6. Refresh Page
7. Delete button is somewhat behind the copy button, has a trash can icon, but does work
Additional InformationOnce the page is refreshed the delete button, although not matching the original delete button (like it should be) does work and does delete the permission key.

Fixed in commit 8d588472.
Was missing on click function for the newly generated permission keys.

Delete button was the same in both. Removed the delete icon as it's not needed. Added margin-left to make the spacing the same.
